It all starts with Mr. Imran Farooq, CEO and the son of the founder Mr. Mohammed Farooq. Mr. Mohammed Farooq has no clue what is really going on in there.

Imran is a cold hearted man. He lacks any level empathy when he sees money. This company is built on Lies and its a systematic and clever plan to make sales. Let me explain.

Sales Staff:
Emily Ghosh: Well presented than the rest. Once you sign up and pay the fees. She will never see you again.
Mr. Nair: Has the knowledge but is a little desperate to sign up new clients.
Ambreen: She is the stupidest of them all. She has no knowledge whatsoever and is just has no heart. She is cold as ice and has no empathy whatsoever. Has more wrong signups than anyone.

The sales staff is in fact encouraged by the management to lie and ensure that they sign the contract. Because once you sign the contract and submit the cheques, that's the end of it, you will never see it again. Because the refund that they claim is so cleverly covered in the contract.  Which means there is no refund. 80% of what they tell you in that sales room is true and 20% is bull shit. You might say "oh that's not bad. but that 20 % is exactly what you needed to know before you signed up because if you did you would have never signed up in the first place.

Your sales person will promise to take care of you but once you sign up the responsibility is handed over to the processing who will never reply to your E-mails nor answer your calls. You may try to escalate the issue but its only a temporary fix as the management knows that this has been happening and will continue happening because no one there likes their jobs.

Once you are escorted to the "The processing team" you will realize that the picture that you had in your mind of Canada is slowly fading, and you hit reality. The processing team too is helpless at this point. They know that you have just been lied to and they cannot straight up tell you that its not true. They have clear instructions from the management that they have to handle the situation. They too do not want to loose their jobs.

That does not mean all of them are innocent. They have their incentive schemes based on the number of IELTS they sell and the number of client they convert from Canada to Quebec. That is why you have people pestering you to change to Quebec and they will tell you that its very Simple, all you need to do is learn "French". That is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard. A baby takes 3 years to learn a language and they expect you to learn an entire language in 6 months. The interview for Quebec application is Mandatory and is its going to be in french. Don't believe anything else they say.



IELTS: what can i say about the quality and the standard of English classes they provide. Mr. Kamran is really bad at the language and has no time to pay attention to all your needs. 90% of the people who took the classes said it was "absolute waste of time and money". They whole sales staff and the processing staff are very well aware of this but they will still sell you the classes. Why? because the IELTS classes section is owned by some brother-in-Law (the realtion may not be accurate) of Mr. Imran Farooq himself. don't forget the commissions on every sale.

The processing staff tells you that your file will be thoroughly checked and carefully prepared. Which is again a big lie. Mrs. Minakshi Joshi does not have the time to look in to every file. In fact no one has the time to look into every file. Most of the file are sent to typing based on what you have written in the form and that's it.  there will always be Typing errors in your file because the typist has not clue who you are and all she gets is rough draft of the application filled by you. She will not check all your documents or even your passport copy if your name is spelt wrongly. She will just blindly type it without checking.

Result: Your Visa will have wrong information on it.
